How we calculate this
BTC held comes from CoinGecko's public treasuries data. The table lists the top 25 companies by BTC held and refreshes about every 6 hours. Holdings are self-reported by the companies, so they only change when a company discloses a purchase or sale.
BTC value = BTC held × the live Bitcoin price shown at the top of the page. 24h change = BTC held × Bitcoin's price move over the last 24 hours. It assumes holdings didn't change in that time, and it is not the change in the company's share price.
Price and 1D come from Nasdaq for US listings and Yahoo Finance for other listings, converted to US dollars at Yahoo's exchange rate. They refresh about every 5 minutes.
Market cap is Nasdaq's figure and is only available for US listings. Other rows show “—”.
mNAV = market cap ÷ BTC value. Above 1× the market values the company at more than its Bitcoin, and below 1× at less. Very low readings (under 0.25×) are flagged ⚠ because the market cap may use an outdated share count.
Sats/share = BTC held × 100,000,000 ÷ shares outstanding, where shares = market cap ÷ share price.
Totals above the table add up the companies listed. The Bitcoin price streams live from Coinbase in your browser.
How to read this
BTC value is BTC held × the live Bitcoin price. mNAV is market cap ÷ BTC value: above 1 means the market values the company at more than its Bitcoin, below 1 at less. For operating businesses that also hold Bitcoin (Tesla, Coinbase, miners) mNAV mostly reflects the rest of the business.
Not investment advice. Holdings are self-reported by companies and compiled by third parties; they can be late or revised. Check company filings before acting on anything here.
